This shop is operated by the business named in the footer. Placing an order is an agreement between you and that business.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the site currency and include nothing that is not stated. Delivery and tax are calculated at checkout from the address you choose, before you pay. Stock is not reserved until an order is placed.
Placing an order
An order is placed when you press Place order and it is confirmed on screen. Every line is priced again at that moment, so what you pay is what the shop says at the moment of purchase, not what a page said earlier.
Payment
Orders are settled from your account balance. If the balance does not cover the order, nothing is charged and nothing is reserved — the order is refused whole.
Delivery
We ship to the address on the order. Estimated times are estimates; the tracking on your order page is the current fact.
Returns and refunds
Thirty days from delivery for any reason, provided the item comes back in a resaleable condition. A refund reverses the original payment and returns any points spent on it.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order until it ships, from the order page. The money and the stock both return immediately.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the version published when the order was placed.

Once a month, at most
Product photographs are for illustration and colours can vary between screens. Stock and prices can change while an item is in your basket — the price confirmed at checkout is the one that applies, and any delivery charge is worked out there too.
