Questions people ask
Ordered by how often, not by what is convenient to answer.14 answers, ordered by how often. When will it arrive?
Shipping & returns has the current window and rate for each country, and every product page shows the actual dates for yours before you pay. Standard delivery is free once your basket passes the amount shown in the bar at the top of every page, and express orders placed before 14:00 West Africa Time go out the same day.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or USDT on the TRON network, and your wallet balance if you have one. Both transfers are confirmed by a person — usually within a few hours, always within one working day. We email you the moment it clears.
Can I return something I have worn?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as it is in a condition we could sell. We pay the return label. Worn once and not for you is a return; worn for a fortnight is a repair, and Emil does those free for the first year.
Do you ship outside Nigeria and the UK?
Yes. Rates are worked out from your address at checkout, before you pay, and never on a later screen. Duties are yours rather than ours, which we would rather say here than surprise you with.
Is the linen shirt true to size?
Seven buyers have said so and the fit marker on its page reads 43 out of 100 — just on the trim side of true. It is cut relaxed, so between sizes take the smaller. The size guide has the flat measurements.
What are points worth?
Points come off your next order — your account page shows how many you have and what each one is worth, in your own currency. You earn a point for every unit you spend, they appear when an order is fulfilled, and they do not expire while your account is open.
Can I collect instead?
Both counters are collection points — 14 Kingsway Road in Ikeja and 8 Chalk Farm Road in Camden. Choose Collect at checkout and it is ready in about two hours during opening times.
How do I start a return?
Open the order in your account and press Start a return. You will get a label by email the same day. Nothing needs to be printed at the Camden counter — Greta takes returns over the counter without a form.
Why are there only ten things?
Because ten is what we can vouch for. A new piece goes in when it beats something already here, and then that one leaves. We would rather sell you one shirt twice than four thousand things once.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 30 days and we replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we do not ask for the damaged one back unless it is worth sending. Photographs help but are not a condition.
Is my card stored anywhere?
We do not take cards at all, so there is nothing to store. Bank transfer and USDT are the two channels, and neither leaves a number with us.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Until it is packed, yes — reply to your confirmation email or ring Ikeja. Once Tomas has wrapped it the parcel is with the courier and the address is theirs to change.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. The price on the tag is the price, and the return is free. A restocking fee is a discount you did not get.
Will you get more of something that has sold out?
Usually, and the product page says so rather than hiding the option — a sold-out size stays on screen, struck through. Ask us and we will tell you the date rather than a guess.
Not here?
Ask us directly — we add the good ones to this page.Ask us — we add the good ones.A short list, chosen slowly. Ten things we would own ourselves.
Once a month, at most
Product photographs are for illustration and colours can vary between screens. Stock and prices can change while an item is in your basket — the price confirmed at checkout is the one that applies, and any delivery charge is worked out there too.
